because the microsilica is an environmentally friendly device made of nanomaterials, the ultrafine powder is collected and filtered. the color of microsilica is determined by raw materials and production process. as the fineness of microsilica is less than 1um, accounting for more than 80%, the average particle size is between 0.1 and 0.3um, and the specific surface area is between 20 and 28m2/g. its fineness and specific surface area are about 80 ~ 100 times of cement and 50 ~ 70 times of fly ash. bulk density: 1600~1700 kg/m3. during the formation process, the amorphous spherical particles of the amorphous phase are formed due to the surface tension during the phase transformation process, and the surface is relatively smooth. it is a very large specific surface area, highly active volcanic material. the tiny ball can be used to lubricate the materials with microsilica.
adding method of microsilica
the construction mix proportion of microsilica concrete and castable shall be made by the laboratory. strictly follow mix proportion construction. in the mixing of wollastonite concrete, wollastonite should join the mixer immediately after the aggregate is poured.
there are two kinds of procedures for the participation of microsilica: it can be put into aggregate, and then put into silica fume and cement dry mix, and then participate in water and other additives. the company invested 75% wollastonite in coarse aggregate and 50% wollastonite in fine aggregate, which was stirred for 15-30 seconds, and then added 50% wollastonite in cement additive and 25% water, which was mixed to the average. mixing time is 20-25% or 50-60 seconds longer than normal concrete. do not mix microsilica into the concrete.
after infiltrating into cement concrete, microsilica can be well filled in the void of cement to make the slurry more dense. in addition, it also binds with free ca(oh) to form a stable calcium silicate hydrate (2cao.sio2.
(1) increase strength. it greatly increases the compressive and flexural strength of concrete. when 5-10% microsilica is infiltrated, the compressive strength can be increased by 10-30% and the flexural strength can be increased by more than 10%.
(2) increase density. the anti-permeability performance was improved by 5-18 times, and the anti-chemical ability by more than 4 times:
(3) frost resistance: the relative elastic modulus of microsilica concrete decreased by 10-20% after the rapid freeze-thaw cycle of 300-500 times, while that of ordinary concrete decreased by 30-73% after 25-50 cycles.

(5) anti-abrasion and cavitation erosion control: the anti-abrasion ability of micro-microsilica concrete is improved by 0.5-2.5 times than that of ordinary concrete, and the anti-cavitation ability is improved by 3-16 times.
