in the process of producing microsilica, the manufacturer needs to go through three important processes and strict control:
step 1: exhaust gas purification:
the exit flue gas of electric furnace goes through the hood and main flue gas pipe, and then enters the cyclone separation deduster after cooling through the cooler, and then goes through the bag deduster. the dust is collected by the inner surface of the filter bag. after purification, the smoke which reaches the environmental protection standard is discharged from the outside of the filter bag and rises to the top of the dust collector and is discharged into the atmosphere from the discharge port.
step 2: collect the microsilica:
when the equipment running resistance or time reaches the set value, the unloading process begins. with the negative pressure in the front section of the main fan, the cleaning of silica fume in each compartment of the bag-type dust collector is realized through switching of the air suction pipe and air inlet and outlet valve.
step 3: silica powder encryption:
the initial density of the microsilica collected by the bag filter is only 150-200kg/m3, which costs a lot in transportation. therefore, the encrypted microsilica is a microsphere, and the bulk density increases from 0.2t/m3 to 0.3-0.6t /m3, which can reduce the packaging and transportation costs by about 30-60%. at the same time, loading and unloading efficiency has been improved, storage space and occupation have been reduced, and dust emission on the production site has been greatly reduced, thus improving labor conditions and environment.
