microsilica is a high value-added by-product of silicon and ferro-silicon alloy in metallurgy industry. it is often used in refractory materials and cement concrete as well as grouting materials and mortar. the microsilica in concrete has volcanic ash reaction, and the silicon-rich gel formed by hydration of microsilica is stronger than ca(oh)2 crystal and works together with cement hydrated gel c-s-h.
the content of micro microsilica is 85% of >, and the carbon of micro microsilica contains the adsorption part of the aerator in the concrete. therefore, the burning loss <=7%(controlling the carbon and water content) is again that the fineness of micro microsilica should be controlled at 45 um, the grain size is large, and the sieve component is below 10%.

[application method of microsilica]
(1) dosage of microsilica: generally 5 ~ 10% of the amount of cementing data.
the mixing method of microsilica can be divided into internal mixing and external mixing:
p: on the premise that the amount of water added is unchanged, one part of microsilica can replace three to five parts of cement (weight) and keep the compressive strength of concrete unchanged to improve other properties of concrete.
external mixing: cement content remains unchanged while microsilica is added to improve the strength and other properties of concrete. there is loss of slump when microsilica is mixed into concrete. this should be noted in the mix proportion experiment. the microsilica shall be used in combination with water reducing agent, and fly ash and fine slag shall be added to improve its construction performance.
the microsilica concrete is used in the rush repair of traffic road surface, and the road is poured with ordinary concrete with extremely strong wear-resisting property. it takes 28 days to be opened to traffic normally, and usually the early strong concrete takes 3 days to be opened to traffic. the damage of concrete road surface is inevitable. repair by conventional means, often resulting in traffic disruption, resulting in serious economic losses. the application of micromicrosilica concrete with early strength and abrasion resistance is ideal. the airport runway requires the use of concrete over 80mpa and has good abrasion resistance.
