this standard specifies the product's brand, technical requirements, test methods, inspection specifications, packaging, marking, storage, transportation and quality certificate.
this standard is applicable to the microsilica collected through the smoke hood of the electric furnace and other production of silicon and industrial silicon. the product is called "microsilica recovered by electric furnace" (referred to as "silicon ash").

3. brand
the microsilica is divided into five grades: sf96,sf93,sf90,sf88 and sf85.
sf is an acronym for silica fume. the number is the silica mass fraction.
4. technical requirements
the technical requirements of various brands are shown in table 1. if there are special requirements, they shall be determined through negotiation between the supply and demand parties.

5. test method
5.1 the determination of silica is conducted in accordance with gb/t 6901.2 or gb/t 6901.3.
5.2 determination of alumina shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of gb/t 6901.5 or gb/t 6901.6.
5.3 the determination of ferric oxide shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter iii "determination of ferric oxide content by o-diazylafil photometry" of gb/t 14506.11-1993.
5.4 the determination of calcium oxide and magnesium oxide was carried out according to gb/t 6901.8.
5.5 the determination of potassium oxide and sodium oxide was conducted in accordance with the provisions in the second chapter "determination of potassium oxide and sodium oxide by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry" of gb/t 14506.11-1993.
5.6 the determination of carbon content shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of 7.4.2 in gb/t 16555.1-1996 or 7.3.2 in gb/t 16555.2-1996.
5.7 determination of chloride ions was conducted in accordance with jc/t 420.
measurement of 5.8 ph value: the silica powder was weighed at 5.00g and placed in a 150ml beaker. 50ml distilled water that had been boiled and cooled to room temperature was added and continuously stirred for 5min to form a uniform slurry.
5.9 determination of burning reduction was conducted in accordance with gb/t 6901.1.
5.10 moisture determination shall be conducted in accordance with gb/t 3007.
5.11 determination of specific surface area shall be conducted in accordance with gb/t 19587.
5.12 45? the determination of m sieve residue was conducted according to yb/t 5164.
5.13 water requirement ratio and volcanic ash activity index are determined according to the method specified in appendix c of gb/t 18736-2002.
6. inspection rules
6.1 group batch and sampling
6.1.1 the batch of batch is 20t for continuous production of silicon powder, and the batch is deemed as less than 20t.
6.1.2 sampling: 10 bags of microsilicon powder were randomly selected from the bag. then, one sample was taken from each bag, and each sample weighed 200g-500g to form a large sample. after the mixture was evenly mixed, the sample was shrunk into the required amount according to the four-point method.
6.1.3 the inspection items of this standard are: sio2, burning reduction, moisture, 45? m sieve residue, ph value; if the production process or raw materials are changed, the inspection results of all inspection items in table 1 should be provided. if there are special requirements, the two parties negotiate to determine.
6.2 decision rule
the technical indexes of the sample drawn shall conform to the provisions in table 1. if the sample has been consistently unqualified, double quantity of sample shall be extracted from the same batch of materials for the reinspection of the project. if the sample is still unqualified, it shall be judged as unqualified.
7. export packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of silicon powder
packing, marking, transportation, storage and quality certificate of the product shall be carried out in accordance with yb/t 5142.
